So, have you guys ever experienced leaving a blue imprint on your toilets seats!? I would have never thought this was a real thing until it actually happened to me! Our bodies can react to things to differently, it’s important we are aware of these changes and arm our selves with knowledge, as well as adequate medical advise from a health care provider.
So, the blue toilet seat stain can be an indication of several things, foremost a sign of pregnancy. Which I am NOT! In my instance of this blue phenomena, it was due to me blending and drinking a lemon daily. The increased levels of acidity changed the PH balances in my body so much so, that I developed this excretion that cause my toilet seat to become blue! WHO KNEW!? I gained insight on this acidity issue in the blog response located HERE!
The big lesson here for me was, don’t jump into things without assessing and making goals realistic to my current environment. I need to stagger and set a structured implementation to anything I’m trying to achieve. As mentioned in this episode, I can’t get up and expect to do 10,000 steps a day when I haven’t done 2,000 steps in the past five years! (Just an example!)
So, remember! When making those SMART goals. Which stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Resourceful and Timely! Be sure to also think about whether or not it’s real to what you can effectively carry given our current life and work load. We want our changes to be long term, this will increase the chances of us achieving whatever it is we’re after!
Do you have a special practice when setting up goals? How do you ensure your long term sustainability of new goals and success?
